The JessicaSimpsonCollection.Com Jeanswear Wardrobe Sweepstakes Official Rules
By entering this Promotion (the "Sweepstakes"), entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. All decisions regarding the selection of the winner of this Sweepstakes are final and binding in all respects.

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by VCJS, LLC d/b/a the Camuto Group ("Camuto Group"), 411 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, Connecticut 06830.
ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve chances of winning.
To enter, completely fill out the sign-up form, which is displayed on the Sweepstakes page located at www.JessicaSimpsonCollection.com (the "Website"), and submit your completed form to the Website. You will be asked to provide your date of birth (month and date), e-mail address, and zip code. You will be provided with an opportunity to increase your entries into the Sweepstakes by inviting up to five (5) friends to enter through an invitation form, who will then each receive an email from Camuto Group inviting them to enter the Sweepstakes. For each friend that you invite to enter into the Sweepstakes, you will earn an additional entry into the Sweepstakes.  Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in the disqualification of such entry or entries at the sole discretion of Camuto Group.
The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding employees and immediate family members of Camuto Group and its related parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns, licensees and sub-licensees, advertising and promotional partners, attorneys and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled. Offer void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.  Entrants must be legal residents of the United States over the age of thirteen (13).
Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner of or have authorized use of the e-mail account indicated by the entrant's e-mail address. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner due to a dispute regarding the submission of an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the e-mail account is opened. The e-mail account must be opened prior to the commencement of the Sweepstakes.
All entries become the property of Camuto Group and will not be acknowledged or returned.
ENTRY PERIOD
The Sweepstakes will commence on August 2, 2010 at 9 am (EST). The last entry will be accepted on September 13, 2010 by 9 am (EST).
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER
The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all of the entries. The winner shall be chosen on or about September 30, 2010. The winner will be notified by e-mail. Failure to respond within ten (10) calendar days of notification and/or if the prize notification e-mail is returned as undeliverable, will deem the potential winner to have forfeited the prize.
PRIZE
Five (5) winners will receive jeanswear merchandise from JessicaSimpsonCollection.com, where each such prize package of merchandise (Jessica Simpson-branded products) will be valued at no more than Five Hundred United States Dollars ($500.00), including associated federal, state and local taxes for such merchandise and shipping costs. Camuto Group reserves the right to substitute a gift certificate to be redeemed only for purchase by the Prize winner made through JessicaSimpsonCollection.com of equal value for the Prize. No other party shall be able to make a substitution for the prize.
The Prize must be redeemed for merchandise no later than April 30, 2011.  Please note that there may be other offers associated with the JessicaSimpsonCollection.com website at the time(s) of Prize redemption, including promotional codes and coupons, but not all of these offers may be available for use in conjunction with the Prize by the Prize winner. Any portion of the prize that is not used or accepted by April 30, 2011 is forfeited. Total Sweepstakes value for all five (5) Prizes is no more than Two Thousand Five Hundred United States Dollars ($2,500.00), including associated federal, state and local taxes for such merchandise and shipping costs.
The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the results of the random selection of the winner, which shall be final, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes and/or these Official Rules. All federal, state and local tax liabilities arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name, likeness, biography, and prize won for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation, except where prohibited or restricted by law.
The entrants release, discharge and hold harmless Camuto Group and its parents, subsidiaries, related companies, assigns, licensees and sub-licensees, attorneys, representatives and agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability or damages arising from the administration of the Sweepstakes and the use or misuse of the Prize received in this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, the following (i) late, lost, incomplete, delayed, misdirected or unintelligible entries, (ii) any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes, (iii) any damage to the entrant's computer, related equipment, data lines, and software resulting from entrant's downloading of information regarding the Sweepstakes or participation in the Sweepstakes, (iv) any rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light.
If the winner is deemed to be a minor under the jurisdiction of her/his residence, the prize will be forfeited.
The winner, through acceptance of the price, releases and discharges any and all claims it may have against the Released Parties in connection with the administration of this Sweepstakes and the use, misuse, or possession of the prize.
Camuto Group may only use the personally-identifiable information obtained from the entrants in accordance with the privacy policy for JessicaSimpsonCollection.com, which may be found at www.JessicaSimpsonCollection.com.
Camuto Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should a computer virus, bug, computer problem or other tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort and any other causes beyond Camuto Group's control corrupt the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Camuto Group may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or the representatives of Camuto Group.
CAMUTO GROUP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, AS REGARDS THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE REGARDING THE PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF THE PRIZE.
ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE JESSICASIMPSONCOLLECTION.COM OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND, IN SUCH EVENT, CAMUTO GROUP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ITS REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING COSTS AND ATTORNEY'S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
APPLICABLE LAWS AND JURISDICTION
This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the State of Connecticut. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by a state or federal court located in Fairfield County, Connecticut. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Connecticut and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Connecticut. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket damages (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

For the name of the prize winner, e-mail your request to customerservice@JessicaSimpsonCollection.com after October 31, 2010 or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Jessica Simpson Collection, c/o Marketing Department, 411 West Putnam Avenue, Greenwich, Connecticut 06830. All requests for the name of the winner must be received by December 15, 2010.
